The shuttle had ample room the morning of my flight. The restaurant offered a fabulous selection for breakfast. The swimming pool on the grounds was super large.
The lack of hourly airport transportation was inconvenient. I had to take a taxi despite the proximity to the airport, not ideal (especially given the shuttle schedule).

the check-in process was fast. the staff were attentive. the restaurant had amazing food. i found a shopping mall across the street, it was very easy to grab anything i needed. the complimentary airport shuttle made my early flight easy to catch.

The gym lacked air-conditioning. it felt as hot inside as it was outside. i couldn't use the gym at all. the pool also lacked shade, so the water was quite warm, more like a bath. the welcome drink was also not good. My partner tried it and refused to drink it.

The hotel has a modern and beautiful design. My room was large with great storage space in both the room and bathroom. The staff was always ready to help me. The free airport shuttle worked very well. I appreciated its punctuality. I used it twice.
I found the complimentary drinking water inadequate to start. I would have liked a larger bottle.

the rooms were well equipped. i found the restaurant food reasonably priced. (the servings were generous!). the airport shuttle was on time and took only ten minutes to the airport.
The area around the hotel is not very exciting. Low-quality malls and no really good restaurants are nearby.
