the hotel was clean and stylish. the staff were helpful . the complimentary shuttle was very convenient (running frequently). i found the gym well-equipped, supporting my fitness routine during my travels.
crossing the street to the shopping center felt a bit unsafe due to heavy traffic.

the check-in process was fast. the staff were attentive. the restaurant had amazing food. i found a shopping mall across the street, it was very easy to grab anything i needed. the complimentary airport shuttle made my early flight easy to catch.
the street outside is quite busy. i could hear traffic clearly.

convenient, but some issues
warm water bad drink
The gym lacked air-conditioning. it felt as hot inside as it was outside. i couldn't use the gym at all. the pool also lacked shade, so the water was quite warm, more like a bath. the welcome drink was also not good. My partner tried it and refused to drink it.

the airport shuttle ran frequently and i never waited long (this was so convenient!). the room was very clean and included all essential amenities. i found a large shopping center very close by, great for dining options.
the gym did not have air conditioning so it was a bit too warm for a good workout.

The hotel has a modern and beautiful design. My room was large with great storage space in both the room and bathroom. The staff was always ready to help me. The free airport shuttle worked very well. I appreciated its punctuality. I used it twice.
I found the complimentary drinking water inadequate to start. I would have liked a larger bottle.

The lounge bar has a good selection of drinks and quality food. I enjoyed a meal there one evening after my arrival and found the service prompt. Breakfast included fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes with diverse options.
the rooms were well equipped. i found the restaurant food reasonably priced. (the servings were generous!). the airport shuttle was on time and took only ten minutes to the airport.
The area around the hotel is not very exciting. Low-quality malls and no really good restaurants are nearby.
